WHY BIZCLAW / THE CONTROL QUESTION

AI is already in the workplace.
Who is responsible for it?

BizClaw is for companies that want employees to use AI without giving up authority over access, operating rules, provider choice and the business record.

THE CASE FOR A COMPANY CORE

The goal is not to stop people from using AI. It is to give the company a clear place to set the rules—and a durable place for the work to live.

01

Authority

The company—not each employee’s personal account—sets identity, provider access, policies and approval rules through Core.

02

A shared work record

Business work lives in Cases with its context, decisions and actions. It is not scattered across disconnected chat histories.

03

A known provider boundary

The company can choose local or cloud providers and control routing. Requests sent to a cloud provider are processed under that provider’s service terms.

04

An operating model for partners

Local partners can deliver deployment and ongoing operations, while the customer remains owner of its Core and business records.

WHO OWNS WHAT

Three boundaries, clearly separated.

BizClaw.com supports the product and its licensing. The customer’s Core governs AI operations. Work gives employees a way to use it.

PRODUCT AND LICENSING

BizClaw.com

Product releases, partner operations and license entitlements. It does not receive Case prompts, messages, LTF content or model credentials.

COMPANY AUTHORITY

BizClaw Core

Company identity, policies, provider routing, execution, Cases, LTF records, usage and audit.

EMPLOYEE SURFACE

BizClaw Work

A free employee desktop that connects to the company’s Core. The Core remains the authority and system of record.

A clear note on cloud models

Company-controlled does not mean every request stays on a company server. If the company configures a cloud provider, the requests routed there are processed by that provider. Provider selection and routing remain part of the company’s operating decisions.

A DIFFERENT WAY TO BUY

License capacity for business work—not a seat for every employee.

BizClaw Core licensing is based on Case Capacity: the number of Cases the Core can actively process at once. Work remains free for employees. A local partner can provide deployment, infrastructure and ongoing support.
