FAQ / STRAIGHT ANSWERS
Good questions deserve
clear boundaries.
Product, data, provider and deployment questions—answered without hiding the important details.
01What is BizClaw?
BizClaw gives a company a Business AI Core it controls. Core governs AI operations; Work is the employee desktop; Cases keep business work and its record together.
02What does Core control?
Core manages company identity, provider access and routing, capabilities, policies, approvals, Cases, LTF records, usage and audit.
03Does company-controlled mean no data ever leaves our environment?
No. The company chooses a local or cloud model provider and controls routing. If a cloud provider is selected, requests routed to it are processed by that provider under its service terms. “Company-controlled” describes governance and deployment choice—not a promise that cloud-provider requests remain inside your environment. A local provider may be used where configured.
04What is a Case?
A Case is the durable business work unit. It carries work context, decisions, actions, governance and its record. When execution pauses, the Case remains available to continue later.
05What is LTF?
LTF is the durable business record associated with a Case. It is appended through the Case lifecycle so the record can remain useful even when Workers or models change. Knowledge indexing is a separate roadmap capability.
06What does BizClaw Work do?
Work is the free desktop employees use to connect to their company’s Core, open Cases, attach files, ask, act and continue work. Employees do not manage provider keys or agents in Work.
07How is Core capacity measured?
Case Capacity is the number of Cases a Core can actively process at once. Work waiting in a queue does not disappear; it waits for execution capacity.
08Does BizClaw charge by employee seats or model tokens?
BizClaw Core licensing is based on Case Capacity, not employee seats or model tokens. Work is free for employees. Model-provider charges depend on the provider and arrangement selected by the company.
09What does a partner provide?
Partners can provide deployment, infrastructure, provider setup, onboarding and ongoing operations. The company remains the owner of its Core and business records.
10What information does BizClaw.com receive from Core?
The Site handles license and operational metadata such as a license number, Core instance identity, platform, version, machine binding and activation heartbeat. It does not receive Case prompts, messages, LTF content, model credentials or detailed Core usage.
